I don’t just illustrate houses - I also create portraits of commercial properties, including pubs, cafés, shops, and restaurants.

Whether you’re looking for a business promotion piece, a keepsake for your family, or a thoughtful gift for a friend or colleague, a hand-painted property portrait is a meaningful and lasting way to capture a special place.

I recommend A4 size for most buildings, as it allows for beautiful detail. All I need is a high-quality photo, and I’ll carefully hand-draw your property in pencil and ink on 180g textured paper, finishing it with fine watercolour paints.

Your portrait will be supplied in either a standard 8" x 10" or A4 frame, with a choice of:
✔ Grey or black frames for a sleek, modern look
✔ Brown frames for a more traditional feel

Please note: As each portrait is individually drawn to order, my availability can vary. Please feel free to message me before ordering and I’ll be happy to confirm my current turnaround time.

What’s included:
✔ A hand-painted, A4-sized business portrait
✔ Your choice of frame
✔ Free UK packing & postage
✔ A complimentary digital image (.jpeg or .png) of your finished painting, sent via email
